Right Wing Penguins’ prospect Joey Haddad signed a 3-year entry-level contract with the Pittsburgh Penguins on Friday.  Haddad’s contract followed his participation in the Penguins’ rookie tournament in Kitchener, Ontario, and subsequent invitation to the Penguins training camp for a tryout.  He was sent down to the Penguins’ AHL Affiliate in Wilkes-Barre/Scranton on September 17th. …
